Mountain Home Senior Center
To Provide Mountain Home Seniors and the entire community opportunities to engage in recreational, social, educational, civic, governmental, cultural, service, & health related activities in a welcoming, efficient, comfortable, available facility. We continue to provide and expand our Meals on Wheels program and congregate meals at the center.
Here at Mountain Home Senior Center, we provide nutritional programs, fundraising events, and more. We hold a lot of fundraisers during the year. Donations help support our center and food service program. We continuously seek out grants to keep our programs moving forward.
We offer a noon congregate meal on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays). We also have meals on wheels that are delivered. Meals on wheels are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except holidays). For homebound seniors 60 plus, we have frozen meals that are available for weekends and days that hot meals are not served.
All our meals are by guidelines of a Registered Dietician and Health and Welfare. All meals are a suggested donation.
Dues are $10.00 each year for 60+ and associate members under 60. There are yearly dues from April 1st to March 31st each year.
Elections of officers and Board of Directors are held the 1st Wednesday in April each year.
Our doors are open Monday - Friday 9:00am until 3:00pm for 5 days a week (except holidays). We have volunteers at the desk that can answer your calls, so, feel free to call if you have any questions.
